PARALLEL SITUATIONS

This project incorporates figurative paintings and installation in which children's toys are rendered as the main characters of the artworks. Toys are depicted in a different context and re-create situations that mortify the actual society like: violence, abortion, and obsession for youth and beauty.

Our values and models are constantly changing. One of the early influences in our life are the toys we play with.  Through these works I want to convey the importance of toys as models for behavior in early childhood.
